How can I track my order?
All orders will receive an email confirmation. Shipping orders will receive an email with tracking information. Pick-up orders will receive an email when order is ready to be picked up (generally within 24 hours)
What are the delivery options?
Birdy Grace Boutique offers in-store pick up and standard shipping of 5-7 business days to all 50 states.
How do I return an item?

You have up to 10 days from the arrival date to contact us and return eligible items for an exchange or refund to the original form of payment. (Shipping and handling are non-refundable)

We allow returns and/or exchanges of items that are purchased or picked up in store within 10 days of pick up date.

Exchanged Items must be free from pet hair, perfume, & makeup, with original tags attached and in new condition.

All shoes, accessories, seasonal and sale items are FINAL SALE.

If you receive an item that is damaged due to a factory defect, please let us know within THREE days upon receiving your item or the exchange will no longer be valid.

There will be a $5.00 restocking fee for all local pick up orders placed online.

We reserve the right to deny any exchange at any time. Please do not ask the store associates to exchange items that are not within the time period as they are not authorized to do so.

You are responsible for shipping costs, we recommend choosing a delivery carrier with tracking capability.
How can I contact your couriers?
Tracking information will be sent to you that will list our courier for your order.
Do you offer International delivery?
Currently we do not offer international delivery but maybe one day!
What is your returns policy?
You have up to 10 days from the arrival date to return eligible items for an exchange or refund to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 days for processing your return once the item has been received by us. Please note that we retain the right to issue an account credit in place of a refund.
Items that may not be returned: final sale, customize
styles, shoes, undergarments and hair items.
